Education and Art Facilitator
Before joining Global Generation Siw taught Art, Design and Technology in East London. She has always been inspired by the confidence that young people develop through experiential learning, where unexpected and personal achievement is found through observation of the real world and in making physical things.
Siw likes the way Global Generation challenges young people, encouraging curiosity and questioning about how their local environment is changing, and how they can be involved in affecting the change through hard work, imagination and fun. The emphasis being on using both natural and urban materials to make a sustainable world in the middle of one of the most diverse cities is exciting.
