Botanical Cocktail Workshop at the Floating Garden, Global Generation

Join us for a workshop focused on making your own cocktails and refreshing syrups with flowers, herbs and plants you can grow in your own garden.

Ever wondered if you could use the plants on your windowsill to make a beverage - but nervous to move past sprinkling flowers in your Pimm's Cup? We will be hosting this Botanical Cocktail Workshop at the Floating Garden, our barge on Regents Canal, a few steps away from Coal Drops Yard. We will break down the process for infusing herbs, plants, spices and more to make a variety of syrups, infusions and liqueurs for consumption.

Join us for a practical session where we will:

• discuss the building blocks of a delicious mocktail or cocktail

• try our hands at making a herbal syrups and a herbal liqueur

• do a tasting of a few different syrups, shrubs and spirits to figure out what you like

We will provide all the materials needed and if you bring your own jar, you'll be sent home with a taster of your choice of herbal syrup or liqueur. Tickets from £20.
